OB
Web and mobile — free demo first

Your new website or mobile app. You pay nothing until it's live.

We build a working demo for free — a site you can open, or an app you can tap through right in your browser. If you like it, we take it live in one to two weeks: $3,000 for a website, from $4,000 for an app, paid after launch.

No contract to see the demo. No card. The site, the app, the domain and every account stay in your name.

What we build

Websites

$3,000

A real site on a live URL you can send to anyone

Menus, bookings, quote forms, storefronts — migrated from whatever you run today.

Mobile apps

from $4,000

A working prototype you tap through in your browser

One build, both stores: iOS and Android, published under your own developer accounts.

Both start with a free demo. Both are invoiced after launch, never before.

Proof

See working sites, not screenshots.

Open any of them. They are deployed, they load on your phone, and they are exactly what you would get — the free demo, before anyone signs anything.

The redesigns below were built independently, before those businesses had ever heard of us. They are demonstration concepts rather than client work, and the companies shown are not affiliated with us. That is the point: this is what lands in your inbox before you have spent a cent.

Shipped, not staged.

Products that run in production, with real users behind them — an app on the App Store, sites and systems still running years after handover. Built by the same person who will answer your emails.

How it works

Five steps. You decide at the second one.

Most agencies ask you to pay before you see anything. We do it the other way around.

Portrait of the developer giving a thumbs up beside the five steps of working together: free demo, signed contract, the work itself, payment after completion, and ongoing support
  1. 01

We build your demo — free

We take your business, your photos and your services, and build the real thing: a working site, or an app you can tap through. Nothing to sign, no card, no call required.

  2. 02

You decide, and only then we sign

Both arrive as a link that runs in your browser — nothing to install, even for the app. Ask for changes, or walk away, and you owe nothing either way. When you say yes, we put the fixed price and the guarantees into a contract and sign it.

  3. 03

    We build and integrate everything

Domain, DNS, business email, SSL, your content, forms, analytics, booking, payments, CRM. For an app: your developer accounts, the store listing and the review submission. Your current site keeps serving customers the entire time.

  4. 04

You pay after launch, not before

We switch at night, in your timezone: your customers go to bed on the old site and wake up on the new one — no maintenance page, no lost calls. An app goes live the day the stores approve it. Only then does the invoice arrive.

  5. 05

Support, for as long as you want it

Every launch comes with 30 days of free fixes. After that, optional support plans from $100 a month, with response times written into the contract — or no plan at all: everything stays in your name either way.

Launch night

  1. 23:40

Your current site is still taking customers

  2. 03:00

    We switch the domain over

  3. 07:12

First customer of the day lands on the new site

Nobody sees a maintenance page. Nobody calls a number that stopped working. An app skips this step entirely: it goes live the day the stores approve it.

Pricing

Two numbers, and you only reach either after launch.

The demo costs you nothing, whether it is a site or an app. A website launch is $3,000 and an app starts at $4,000, invoiced once it is live and your customers are using it.

Demo

Free

A real, working demo of your future site or app.

  • Built from your business, not from a template
  • A website on a live URL you can share with anyone
  • Or an app prototype you tap through — nothing to install
  • Changes while we're still on the demo
  • No contract, no card, no obligation

Launch

Most people start here
Website
$3,000
Live in one to two weeks
Mobile app
from $4,000
iOS and Android from one build

Paid after it is live. Not before.

  • Content migrated from your old site
  • Domain, DNS, business email, SSL
  • Forms, analytics, basic SEO
  • Integrations: booking, payments, CRM
  • Zero-downtime cutover at night, in your timezone
  • Apps: store listing and submission on your own accounts
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch
  • Everything in your name, on your accounts

$4,000 is where an app starts, and it covers a first version with the essentials. Anything past that — logins, payments, an admin panel, integrations — is priced and agreed with you before a line is written, never added to the invoice afterwards.

Support

from $100

Monthly, optional, cancel when you want.

  • Essential$100/mo

    Response within one business week

Small changes, content updates and a human who already knows what you run.

  • Standard$200/mo

If something breaks, response within 48 hours

Monitoring plus a response time written into your contract.

  • Priority$300/mo

If something breaks, response within hours

For a site or app where an outage costs you bookings or orders the same day.

Repeat client, referred by someone, or sent someone our way? Say so. Those only move the number down, never up. Trades considered.

Guarantees

What's in the contract, not just on the page.

Anyone can write the word guarantee on a website. These are the clauses we actually sign.

Fixed price

The number we agree before we start is the number you pay.

Response times in writing

Your support plan's response time is a clause in the contract, not a marketing sentence.

The build is yours

Code and content belong to you. After launch you get the source and every access, including the store accounts an app is published under.

30 days of free fixes

Anything that needs correcting in the first month after launch is on us.

No lock-in

Domain, hosting, analytics, email and your App Store and Google Play accounts are all in your name. If you ever want to leave, there is nothing to move.

You pay after launch

No deposit, no milestone invoices. The invoice follows the working site, or the app the stores have approved.

Work nobody could have known about before signing — a system we find mid-way, a feature you add later — is quoted separately or folded into your support plan. You hear about it before we do it, never after.

Who's behind this

One engineer you can actually reach.

Oleksandr Barskyi. Shipping production software since 2018: web and mobile apps, storefronts, dashboards, backends and hardware that reports from the field.

An app on the App Store, systems running in production for years, and a PhD track at Kharkiv National University. The person who answers your email is the person who builds your site.

See the full track record

How one engineer ships in two weeks and watches your site at 3 a.m.

An AI-assisted pipeline handles the repetitive parts of the build, and specialists join for larger jobs. Monitoring watches your site around the clock, so a problem reaches us before it reaches your customers; how fast a human answers is the response time your support plan sets. A human decides what ships and answers for the result. That is how two weeks is enough, and why we can build first and invoice after.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

Why is the demo free?

Because building is faster than pitching. We would rather spend a week showing you a real site than an hour describing one. If you don't like what we build, you owe nothing and we part ways.

What if I don't like it?

You pay nothing. There is no contract until you decide to go live, and nothing to cancel if you don't.

Do you build mobile apps as well as websites?

Yes, and it is the same deal. One build ships to both the App Store and Google Play, so iOS and Android don't cost you twice. An app starts at $4,000, invoiced after it is live in the stores, and the prototype you approve first costs you nothing.

Can I try the app before I pay, the way I can open a website?

Yes. We send a link that opens the working app in your phone's browser — no install, no TestFlight invitation, nothing to accept. You tap through the real screens and flows and tell us what to change. We only build the store versions once you approve it.

Do I need a website, an app, or both?

Usually the website first. That is where someone who just searched for you decides whether to trust you, and nobody installs an app for a business they haven't tried yet. An app earns its place once you have people coming back — repeat bookings, orders from the same customers every week, a loyalty programme worth carrying in a pocket. If you don't need one yet, we will say so.

I already have an Instagram page. Why do I need a website?

Instagram is where people find you. A website is where they decide. Around 70% of people who discover a business on social media search for it before they commit, and businesses with nothing to find lose a fifth to a third of them at that step — customers your posts already earned. Your page also can't take a booking, keep a menu current, answer the pricing question that fills your phone all day, or show up when someone searches for what you do nearby. And the account isn't yours: it can be locked, restricted or buried by an algorithm change, while a site stays in your name. Keep posting. It works better when it points somewhere.

Who owns the site?

You do. Code, content, domain, hosting and analytics are all in your name, and everything is handed over after launch.

What happens to my current site during the switch?

Nothing. It keeps serving customers until the new site is fully ready. We switch DNS at night in your timezone, so your customers never see a maintenance page.

What if you disappear?

Everything runs on your accounts and the code is yours, so any developer can pick it up tomorrow. That is the entire point of not locking you in.

Can you work with my WordPress, Shopify or Wix site?

Yes. We migrate your content and rebuild the site properly. The platform you are on today does not limit what we can build for you.

Do you build online stores?

Yes: product pages, cart, checkout, payments and the integrations around them, including stores that already have orders running through them.

How do payments work?

$3,000 after your site is live, from $4,000 after your app is live in the stores. No deposit, no milestone invoices, no payment before launch.
